Hsinchu, Taiwan, April 10, 2009 -Regin Technology today announced to take
over F3's VoIM product line and establish the new company. Most of the
companyˇ¦s members come from F3. With the transfer, Regintech
inherits F3's VoIM
IC, related products design, application and customers. Simultaneously, Regintech
also takes over F3's Smartlink solutions such as PCI (VL2848) and USB
(VL1800) adapters for VoIP application.

We have a series of VoIP adapter, DECT phone, gateway solutions for
various IM (Instant Messenger like MSN, QQ, AIM, ..., etc) especially Skype. In
addition, we would like to introduce our new product ˇV iToy which integrates
IM/Skype functions with a toy. With iToy, consumers can have Skype talk
easily and it is also an interesting and interactive toy via chats from Skype or
other IMs.
Although Regintech is a new brand for VoIM market, but we actually
accumulate all experiences from VoIM pioneers F3 and Smartlink.
Our
Skype solutions have been in the market for a few years, so we are confident
that we can be your best VoIM partners with our broad VoIP portfolio.
